Privacy policy

Short version: we collect what you type into a form or the audit tool, use it to reply and to improve the tool, and do not sell it.

Audit tool

When you audit a URL we fetch that page and its robots.txt, sitemap and llms.txt once, cache the result for an hour, and log the URL, score, your IP address and browser type for abuse prevention and tool improvement. No email is required.

Forms

Strategy-call and report requests are emailed to info@fourcents.ca and stored on our server with the page you sent them from and your referrer. We use them to reply and to prepare a proposal. No advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies are used on this site.

Retention and rights

We keep submissions as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any engagement, then delete on request. Email info@fourcents.ca to access, correct or delete your information.
