SEO services for search and AI search
Eight disciplines, one senior team, one monthly report. Buy them together on a plan or start with the one that hurts most. Every service below is done by the person you speak to, measured in Search Console and your analytics, and reported in plain language.
Technical SEO
Most sites that do not rank have a technical reason before they have a content reason. Our technical SEO audit services find what is stopping Google crawling, rendering and indexing your pages, fix it, and prove the fix in Search Console.
Learn more →On-Page SEO
A page ranks when it is the best answer to a specific query and says so clearly. Our on-page SEO services align each important page to one search intent, fix the titles and structure, and build the internal links that tell Google which page matters.
Learn more →Content Strategy
Publishing more is not a strategy. We find where real, winnable demand exists for your business, plan content in clusters that build authority on a topic, and measure each piece by what it earns.
Learn more →AI Search Optimization
People now ask assistants what they used to type into a search box. Our AI search optimization service makes sure AI systems can reach your content, understand who you are, and have a reason to cite you, and it measures whether they do.
Learn more →Rich Results and Schema
Structured data tells search engines and AI assistants what a page is, not just what it says. We implement the markup that still earns visible results, keep it valid, and remove what no longer does anything.
Learn more →Local SEO
For a business that serves a place, the map pack is the front page. Our local SEO services get your Google Business Profile, your location pages and your reviews working together, then track the calls, direction requests and bookings that come from them.
Learn more →Link Building and Digital PR
Authority is why two equally good pages rank differently. We earn links and mentions from relevant sites by giving them something worth referencing, and we stay well inside Google's spam policies.
Learn more →Analytics and Reporting
If you cannot see what search is worth to the business, you cannot decide how much to invest in it. Our SEO analytics and reporting service sets up measurement properly, tracks Google and AI-assistant traffic in one place, and reports in plain language what changed, why, and what happens next.
Learn more →Which SEO service to start with
Start with the problem that is costing you the most visits today, not with the service that sounds most complete. The symptom usually points at one discipline, and the free audit or the month-one audit confirms it before any money is spent on the others.
| What you see | Start with | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Pages missing from Google, "Crawled, currently not indexed", traffic fell after a redesign or migration | Technical SEO | Nothing else works on a page Google cannot reach or has dropped |
| Impressions are high but clicks are low; titles are truncated or all look the same | On-page SEO | The pages rank; the listing is not earning the click |
| Rankings sit on page two; competitors have guides and comparison pages you do not | Content strategy | The gap is coverage and depth, not code |
| Competitors are named in ChatGPT, Perplexity and AI Overviews and you are not | AI search optimization | Crawler access, entity consistency and quotable answers decide citations |
| Product, review, event or breadcrumb details show for competitors and not for you | Rich results and schema | Eligibility is a markup and policy question with a fast turnaround |
| You serve a place and are not in the map pack, or the profile is suspended | Local SEO | Profile, reviews and location pages decide local visibility |
| Content and technical work are done and you still lose close calls to bigger names | Links and digital PR | Authority and brand mentions decide ties |
| Nobody can say what search is worth to the business, or numbers contradict each other | Analytics and reporting | Fix measurement first, or every other result is a guess |
How the services run together on a plan
On a retainer the eight services are not eight separate projects. They run as one monthly cycle, in a fixed order, and the plan's hours are spent where the audit says the next visit will come from.
- Month one is the audit and the 90-day plan. Technical, on-page, content, schema, local and AI-readiness are assessed together, and measurement is set up before anything is changed so month two has a fair baseline.
- Foundations come first. Indexing, canonicals, speed, schema on templates, crawler access and tracking. These are one-time fixes with lasting effect and they make everything after them measurable.
- Then publishing and refreshing. New or rebuilt pages every month from the content plan, written with your subject-matter input, plus a schedule for updating pages that already rank.
- Then earning. Digital PR and brand-mention work on Growth and Scale, once there are pages worth linking to.
- Every month: measure and decide. One report, one call, one decision list, and the hours move to whatever the numbers say is next.
The how we work page describes each week of month one and the cycle after it.
SEO services for small businesses and for larger sites
The disciplines are the same at every size; the mix changes. A small business with one site and one market usually needs the fundamentals done properly: a clean technical base, a handful of pages that genuinely answer the questions customers ask, a complete Google Business Profile and honest measurement. That is the Starter plan. A business competing for commercial keywords across a country needs a content engine and digital PR on top, which is Growth. Multi-location, multi-language and large catalogue sites need template-level work, migrations and programmatic pages built to Google's scaled-content policy, which is Scale.
| Service | Starter $2,200 | Growth $4,500 | Scale $8,500 |
|---|---|---|---|
| Technical SEO | Audit, fixes, monthly health check | Adds logs, Core Web Vitals per template, migration advisory | Adds migrations, hreflang, engineering time |
| On-page SEO | 5 pages optimised a month, near-win report | 15 pages a month, internal linking plan, quarterly refresh of the top 20 | 30 pages a month, template-level changes, refresh of the top 50 |
| Content strategy | 2 pages a month | 4 to 6 pages a month plus refresh programme | 10+ pages a month across templates |
| AI search optimization | Readiness audit, crawler access, AI-referral tracking | Prompt panel, answer-first rewrites, entity and mention work | Original data projects, ongoing mention monitoring |
| Rich results and schema | Audit, cleanup, Organization, breadcrumbs and page types on templates | All applicable types including Product and Review, custom entity graph | Nested entities across large catalogues, multi-location and multi-language |
| Local SEO | 1 location | Up to 5 locations | Multi-location programme |
| Links and digital PR | Not included | One asset a quarter with outreach | Two assets a quarter plus monitoring |
| Analytics and reporting | Monthly report and call | Dashboard, call tracking, fortnightly call | Revenue attribution, weekly call, quarterly executive review |
Prices are in Canadian dollars per month, month-to-month, with 30 days' notice. The pricing page has the full comparison and the add-ons.
What we do not sell
- Guaranteed rankings. Google says nobody can promise a position, and we agree. We commit to the work, the hours and honest reporting.
- Link packages. Bought links are a spam-policy violation and a liability that lands on your domain, not ours.
- Mass-produced content. Hundreds of AI-written pages fall under Google's scaled-content abuse policy. We publish fewer pages and make them worth reading.
- City pages by the dozen. A page per city that only swaps the city name is a doorway page. We build location pages only where there is something real to say.
- Reports without dates and sources. Every figure we show you has a period, a source and a capture date.
Buying a single service without a retainer
Most single-service requests fit one of the add-ons: the one-time full audit and 90-day plan (CAD $1,800, credited against month one if you start a plan within 60 days), an extra page written and implemented (CAD $450), site migration protection (from CAD $3,500) or a digital PR asset with outreach (from CAD $2,500). If your need is different, describe it on the contact page and we will say whether it makes sense as a project or is better inside a plan.
